In addition to voluntary compliance with the provisions prescribed by the Terms & Conditions of this Service, you agree to obey the relevant rules of ROC and other service terms of this Service and further agree not to conduct any of the followings: Any user accessing GTI outside the ROC territory shall not only agree to obey the relevant rules in the nation or region where he/she is but also agree and guarantee that this Service shall never be utilized to conduct illegality or to breach the interests and rights of a third party.

• Use of this Service in the name of a third party.
• Damage of reputation, privacy, copyright, intellectual property right and other titles of a third party.
• Uploading, posting or publicizing any text, graph or file in any form that is false, scurrilous, insulting, threatening, offensive, against public order and good customs, crime-inducing or illegal.
• Breach of confidentiality by law or agreed by a contract.
• Uploading, posting or publicizing any script or datum that contains Trojan horse, computer virus or is able to cut down, damage or restrict the functions of software and hardware.
• Engagement in guns, drugs, doping, pirated software and other contrabands deals or involvement in illegal transactions.
• Damaging and intervening with respective data, campaigns or functions made available by this Service, or invading or attempting to invade or damage any system affiliated to this Service by any means, or breach or act of sabotage through this Service in any case.
• Collecting the email address and other information of a third party without a consent given.

GTI respects the intellectual property right of a third party and consequently requests each user of this Service respect the intellectual property right of a third party as well. This Service is entitled to suspending or terminating the account of the user if GTI finds the title of a third party infringed by such account.
